2. Loan Processing Fees

2.1 Non-Refundable Fees

  • Loan processing fees paid are generally non-refundable once the loan application process has commenced
  • Documentation charges and verification costs are non-refundable
  • Third-party charges (credit bureau, legal, valuation) are non-refundable

2.2 Refundable Scenarios

  • If loan application is rejected before any processing activity
  • In case of duplicate payment of processing fees
  • Technical errors resulting in overcharging

3. Loan Cancellation

3.1 Before Disbursement

  • Customers may cancel approved loans before disbursement without penalty
  • Processing fees may not be refunded as per section 2.1
  • Cancellation request must be submitted in writing

3.2 After Disbursement

  • Loans cannot be cancelled once disbursed
  • Early closure/prepayment options are available as per loan agreement
  • Prepayment charges may apply as specified in loan terms

4. Refund Process

Step 1: Request Submission

Submit refund request with supporting documents to info@agrimfincapindia.com

Step 2: Verification

Our team will verify the refund request within 7-10 working days

Step 3: Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15-21 working days

Step 4: Credit

Refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used for original transaction

5. Cancellation Process

To cancel your loan application or request:

  • Send written cancellation request to info@agrimfincapindia.com
  • Include loan application number and reason for cancellation
  • Provide copy of identity proof for verification
  • Submit request before loan disbursement for full cancellation

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Technical Issues

If technical issues on our platform result in:

  • Multiple debits for same transaction
  • Payment failure but amount debited
  • System errors causing overcharging

Full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days after verification.

6.2 Fraudulent Transactions

In case of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, immediate investigation will be initiated and provisional credit may be provided pending investigation outcome.
